All of our ball pythons are feeding at the time of sale and the babies are very well started. We feed appropriately sized live. If you have problems getting your new snake to feed, please get in touch with us so we can help you
STORE AND PAYMENT POLICY
Payment Gateways: Bitcoin, Zelle, PayPal(family and friends), Cash app, Apple pay. Either way when it comes to a situations where the client or potential customer is willing to make payment but he/she is not eligible to use the listed payment gateways mentioned about, you can always contact us for negotiations
Payment plans: A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the animal with the remainder due over 30-60 days. Minimum deposit is $250 regardless of snake price. Animals priced under $500 must be paid in full at time of purchase. Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan instalments are non-refundable. When any animal is held by the FREEMAN BALL PYTHON, it will be treated and fed as if it were any other animal in our care, to ensure the quality of the animals(s) once it is shipped to you. If there are any problems with the snake in my care, you will be refunded in full.
NOTE: Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in the forfeit of the agreement and the animal(s).

Live Arrival Guarantee: Guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed when delivered on time By FEDEX. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, We must be notified within the first 24 hours after receiving. Animals will only be shipped with night temperatures above 40 and day temperatures below 90. Guarantee is void if someone is not there to accept the animal at the first delivery attempt. In the event that an animal does arrive to you, you need to contact us immediately and provide photo evidence of said animal. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement animal is unavailable. We will not ship any animal before a delivery date is confirmed with you first. We also reserve the right to delay shipment in the event inclement weather is predicted. Heat packs and cold packs will be placed in shipments deemed appropriate to ensure the health and wellbeing of the animal.
